What Dumaflow is

Dumaflow runs a trade business end to end: a job comes in, gets scheduled, gets done on site, gets invoiced, gets paid. One flow, one place. The office works in the web app; techs work in the Android app on their phones.

The three roles

How a job flows

Every job moves through the same pipeline, and you can always see where it stands:

  1. Scheduled — booked, conflict-checked, on the calendar.
  2. In Progress — a tech is on site with the timer running.
  3. Ready to Invoice — work's done; hours and materials are waiting to be billed.
  4. Invoicing — the invoice is drafted or sent.
  5. Payments — sent and awaiting payment.
  6. Complete — paid and closed.
Jobs can also be flagged Needs Return when a second visit is required — they stay visible until the return visit is booked, so nothing gets forgotten.

Your first hour

  1. Sign in to the web app and open the Dashboard — this is home base.
  2. Add your first client under Clients, or just start a booking in Quick Book — it can create the client on the fly.
  3. Book a test job for yourself, then open the mobile app and watch it appear on your phone.
  4. Start the timer, add a photo, stop the timer — then watch the hours land on the invoice, automatically.
