Is there an iPhone app?
Android first — that's what most field teams here run. The office side works in any browser on any device, including iPhones and iPads.
Do clients need to install anything to accept a quote?
No. Clients get a link, see a clean PDF quote, and accept with one tap — no account, no app, no login.
Is VAT handled?
Yes — 15% VAT is calculated automatically on quotes and invoices, with subtotals and totals always visible. Discounts recalculate everything instantly.
What happens when there's no signal on site?
Techs can log time manually and keep working from the job card; everything syncs when they're back in coverage.
Where is my data stored? Can I get it out?
Your data lives in a secured cloud database, backed up continuously. It's your data — if you ever leave, we'll help you export your clients, jobs and invoices.
Can I move over from another system?
Yes. Client lists import easily, and because the guided setup walks you through your first jobs, most teams are running on Dumaflow the same week.
