Plain-language terms for using Dumaflow. Last updated 4 August 2026.
Dumaflow ("we", "us") provides a job scheduling, quoting, invoicing and supplier-ordering platform for field-service businesses, accessible through the web at app.dumaflow.com and through our Android app. By creating an account or using Dumaflow you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent.
Dumaflow is currently in beta. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops. We work hard to keep the service fast and reliable, but during beta you may occasionally encounter changes, maintenance windows or rough edges. We'll communicate anything significant in advance where reasonably possible.
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done under your account. Owners and managers control which team members have access and what they can see; keep those permissions current when staff join or leave. Tell us immediately at admin@dumaflow.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Dumaflow is a paid monthly subscription. Current pricing is shown at sign-up and in your billing settings. Early-access accounts using the FLOW30 offer get their first 30 days free, no card required. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase. If an invoice goes unpaid we'll remind you first; continued non-payment may lead to suspension of the account after a grace period, and your data remains exportable as described below.
Your data is yours — your clients, jobs, quotes, invoices and everything else you put into Dumaflow belong to your business. We process it strictly on your instructions to provide the service, and for no purpose of our own. You can export your clients, jobs and invoices while your account is active, and for a reasonable period after cancellation we'll help you take your data with you. See our Privacy Policy and POPIA statement for the detail.
Don't use Dumaflow to break the law, to send spam, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or other people's data. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
We aim for the service to be available around the clock, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability — maintenance, upgrades and events beyond our control can cause downtime. Where planned maintenance is likely to be disruptive, we'll try to schedule it outside South African working hours.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits. This limitation does not apply to gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under South African consumer protection law that cannot be limited by agreement.
You can cancel at any time; your subscription runs to the end of the billing month already paid. We may terminate or suspend accounts that materially breach these terms. On cancellation, the data-export commitments in section 5 apply.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts, regardless of where you use the service from. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
Questions about these terms: admin@dumaflow.com or via the contact page.
