Grab the Android app from dumaflow.com/download on your phone. It's not on the Play Store yet, so Android will show an "unknown source" warning — that's expected. Full step-by-step instructions are on the download page.
Open the app and today is right there: every job with its time, address, gate codes and site notes. Tap a job for the full card — Navigate opens maps, Call dials the client, and On my way sends the client a WhatsApp with your ETA.
Tap Start timer when you start working. Hours log themselves against the job — including after-hours rates — and land on the invoice automatically. Forgot to start it? Log time manually afterwards.
Take Before / During / After photos right in the app. They file themselves against the job — ready for damage reports, invoices and "here's what we did" conversations. No more scrolling your camera roll at month end.
Add materials as you use them, and photograph supplier till slips with Snap to scan — the slip is read automatically and matched to the job, so the office never has to decipher a crumpled receipt again.
